# 邀请技术支持

邀请技术支持，可以授权我司技术支持人员拥有临时权限来访问您的项目，以便于更快定位问题。

平台的默认角色中只有项目超级管理员和项目管理员可以邀请技术支持（即授权我司技术支持人员进入您的项目）

您可以新建自定义角色，并为角色授予邀请技术支持的权限。自定义角色请参考[自定义项目角色](/docs/product-manual/sysmanage/projectmange/project-member.md#zi-ding-yi-xiang-mu-jiao-se)。

登录GrowingIO平台，单击界面右上角的 <img src="/files/-Lt93ppgVCA123PVABpE" alt="" data-size="line"> 选择**仅邀请技术支持**直接进入工单系统提交新问题界面。

您也可以在提交问题（工单）的时候勾选**同时邀请技术支持**。
