# 数据规划
## 为什么要做数据规划
很多用户是想借鉴 行业使用数据 ，一些用户对自己的业务很了解，知道自己要看什么数据，多数用户不清楚自己要看什么数据，需要行业最佳实践去知道自己。
若数据规划和实施未做好，会导致一系列后期使用问题，如：
1. 指标命名模糊不清晰，导致指标使用者不理解指标含义或者同一个指标不同业务人员不同理解。
2. 核心指标未命名，导致业务人员无法在分析或者监控工具中解读数据。
3. 指标未做分级和归类，导致指标对比场景（分群详情 留存矩阵）呈现的对比结果价值会大打折扣。
4. 指标数量巨大，真正在使用的指标寥寥无几，用户需要的指标不可寻。
5. 指标数据上传错误，真实业务进程与呈现数据差异巨大，导致数据不可用。
6. 用户变量与行为变量上传错误或空缺，导致重要业务维度无法拆解。
7. 分析与监控工具使用方法错误。
GrowingIO的数据规划是将分析师的行业经验进行产品化，数据规划和数据实施功能的产品化帮您提升数据方案团队的工作效率和产出物价值。我们通过预置行业看板集的方式，让您理解这个行业使用数据监控&分析业务进程的最佳实践。
## 操作步骤
一. 顶部导航栏选择 **数据中心** > **数据规划**，单击**开始数据规划**，进入数据规划模块。
数据规划以模板的形式展示，模板分为三类：
| 看板模板 | 说明 |
| ----- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 提升用户数 | 我们提供了3个看板模板：内容社区运营效果分析、推送业务效果评估、电商概览监控。 |
| 提升转化率 | 我们提供了6个看板模板：活动效果评估、站内流量分发-首页、站内流量分发-搜索效果评估、站内流量转化归因-不停功能对业绩贡献分析、商品/品类业绩实时监控分析、商品购买转化流程监控。 |
| 提升客单价 | 我们提供了2个看板模板：推荐功能的业务效果评估、优惠券带来的业绩评评估。 |
二. 单击您需要的看板，可查看看板模板中的数据展示。
三. 在看板模板详情内，单击右下角的生成数据方案，查看此方案中的事件和变量。
四. 单击确定生成方案，即可将此看版添加到您的首页自定义看板中，当前方案的事件和变量也会在数据管理中生成。
数据方案生成后，您需要在代码中上传数据方案中定义的事件和变量。
